TRA at TRB in Washington

The TRA2024 Washington DC delegation was led by Ireland’s Minister Jack Chambers. The team were delighted to network and chat with both new and familiar faces, including Steve Phillips, Secretary General Conference of European Directors of Roads (CEDR). The highlights included a Minister Chambers, Director General DG Move Magda Kopczynska and European Commission team members Torsten Klimke and Maria Carbone DG Move, and Andrea Gentile DG RTD combined tour of the TRB exhibition. In addition, the Commission visit to the TRA stand and attendance at the Irish Ambassadorial evening was truly appreciated and highly impactful on all efforts to promote TRA2024 to American audiences.
