In 2022, Transport Research Arena (TRA) was held in Lisbon, Portugal. The theme of TRA2022 was “Moving together – reimagining mobility worldwide”.
The conference took place from 14-17 November 2022, at the Lisbon Congress Center (CLL), situated in the historical area of Belém, just by the Tagus River.

Helsinki
In 2020, Transport Research Arena (TRA) was due to be held in Helsinki, Finland in April 2020, however, it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The theme of TRA2020 was “Rethinking transport – towards clean and inclusive mobility”.

In 2018, Transport Research Arena (TRA) was held in Vienna, Austria. The theme of TRA2018 was “A Digital Era for Transport”.
The conference took place from 16-19th April 2018, at the Reed Messe Wien in Vienna.
