Call for Demonstrations (now closed)
TRA 2024 in Dublin is inviting expressions of interest from research projects, companies and other stakeholders that would like to showcase their latest innovations and technologies to the marketplace.
This call for demonstrations is particularly aimed at start-ups, spin-offs, companies in early stage of research, and innovative research projects that can present state-of-the-art solutions in line with the four themes of the conference:
- Safe and inclusive transport.
- Sustainable mobility of people and goods.
- Efficient and resilient systems.
- Collaborative digitalisation
Google Innovation and Incubation Zone
The venue will accommodate an Innovation Zone, which will be located right next to the Ireland Zone where major stakeholders will be represented. This Innovation Zone will include space for individual exhibition stands and a presentation stage that will fit an audience of 50 people. Dedicated time slots in the conference programme will be reserved for the demonstrations in the Innovation Zone, therefore limiting their overlap with other activities at the conference.
The demonstration package will include:
- 1m x 1m branded countertop stand with double power socket.
- 1 exhibitor pass.
- Short presentation opportunity hosted at coffee breaks and promoted alongside the official programme.
- Company logo and bio added to the TRA website and listed on the conference app

The RDS
The RDS venue also offers outdoor space up to 22,000 m² that is available for demonstrations. TRA 2024 in Dublin is conscious of the potential cost associated with shipping large items into the country. Therefore, the pricing of the outdoor space will be done on a point-by-point basis.
